In January we honor Australia Day, the date of the founding of Sydney - the first European settlement in Australia - on January 26, 1788. We are proud to feature the flavors of Down Under, the world’s sixth largest country by total area, unique in its wildlife, culture and accent, and varied in its terrain from reefs to rainforests to mountain ranges to deserts.

  1. Aussie Warm Ginger = spicy sweet ginger + dark chocolate + crystallized ginger

  2. Ginger is a rhizome used for centuries in many cultures as a spice, medicine and delicacy. Spicy and stimulating, it can be utilized fresh, pickled, made into tea, dried and ground into spice, candied and distilled. Australia is the producer of much of the candied or crystallized ginger used today, which stars in our flavorful truffle that pairs the sweet spiciness of ginger with smooth dark chocolate in perfect balance.

  3. Murray River Salt = dark chocolate + pink Murray River salt flakes

  4. The Murray River is the greatest of Australia’s rivers, with its source in the snowy Australian Alps. This light and delicate pink salt is produced naturally from the underground brines in the Murray-Darling Basin, an area covering a large portion of southeastern Australia. The basin’s low rainfall and high evaporation rates combine to concentrate the salt in the ground water, and by utilizing these waters the environment is improved and a beautiful salt is produced. This lovely finishing salt is a wonderful complement to our pure chocolate truffles.

100% handcrafted premium dark chocolate truffles. All natural, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, certified kosher pareve and freshly made in small batches with no corn syrup, trans fats, preservatives or food colors.

Ingredients: Premium fair trade Belgian dark chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa, non-GMO soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), organic soy milk, organic brown rice syrup, non-GMO vegan butter (expeller-pressed natural oil, filtered water, pure salt, natural flavor, soy protein, soy lecithin, lactic acid, beta-carotene), pure bourbon vanilla extract, spices, crystallized ginger, pure espresso powder, salt, Murray River Australian Flake Salt.

Contains Soy. May contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts or sesame.
